Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated in this policy section. Please review your order before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery at shop@katelynmariejewelry.com.
Please Include:
- Name
- Order Number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Description of the issue
Return items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label. Returns after this time may not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A replacement or store credit will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Ready to ship products are shipped as quickly as possible. Made to order products have an estimated 2-4 week production before shipping. When your order ships you will receive an email.
Once your order has been shipped Katelyn Marie Jewelry will not be responsilbe for shipping carrier delays. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.
Color
Actual colors of products may slightly vary due to lighting conditions, photography, and differences in device settings.
Shipping Address
If a package is returned for an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for paying the additinal shipping cost required to resend the package. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
